RAKSHA BANDHAN


Raksha Bandhan is also known as festive of "Rakhi".Raksha 
Bandhan is one of the main festivals in Hindu religion. Raksha bandhan  basically a sacred thread of Rakhi is basically a sacred thread of protection embellishis frail of thread of Rakhi is considered as stronger than iron chains as it binds the most beautiful relationship in an inseparable bond of love and trusthed with the love and affection of a sister for her brother. This day is also known as Rakhi day.It is known to strengthen the brother-sister bond. It is celebrated by brothers and sister of all age.

The brother-sister relationship is extremely special. The way they care for each other is beyond compare. One can never love or care for their friends as much as they love their siblings. The connection and bond one shares with brothers and sisters is simply matchless. The festival of Raksha Bandhan is observed as a symbol of 
between brothers and sisters. The occasion is meant to 
celebrate any type of brother-sister relationship between 
men and women who may not be biologically related.On
 this day, a sister ties a rakhi around the wrist of her brother 
in order to pray for his prosperity, health and well-being. 

Raksha' means protection and 'Bandhan' means bound. 
Thus 'Raksha Bandhan' means the 'Bond of Protection'. The brother in return offers a gifts and promises 
to protect his sister from any harm and under every
 circumstance. This festival is also celebrated between 
brother-sister belonging to distant family members, relatives 
or cousins.
